Hart of Gold Care Inc. recruits qualified staff to work and volunteer at our local programs. The community benefits from their professional experience, community connections, and knowledge gained through community services. Hart of Gold Care Inc. staff receive ongoing training on a variety of programs, security and safety measures, case management principles, and evidence-based practices.

I am the Founder and Director of Hart of Gold Care Inc., a nonprofit organization providing transitional housing and supportive services in both New Jersey and Delaware. We prepare those incarcerated for reintegration into the community by providing housing and wrap around services. With prosocial support and community-based services, we are able to aid in their successful reintegration into the community.
